I’m a creative operations focused leader who turns complex strategies into clear direction. I’m creative and intuitive in how I solve problems. I look for the better way, then help the team rally around it and put it into practice with shared ownership and pride. I’ve had both construction and corporate leadership roles. Loved my time as a Home Builder III. I have also loved the last 9 years/8 in leadership, years leading a design studio and managing and mentoring a team of 14. I’ve had great mentors and look to learn from everyone I meet.
