I’m a creative operations focused leader who turns complex strategies into clear direction. I’m creative and intuitive in how I solve problems. I look for the better way, then help the team rally around it and put it into practice with shared ownership and pride. I’ve had both construction and corporate leadership roles.

For the past eight years, I led a fast-paced, high-production in-house design studio while managing and mentoring a team of 14 creative professionals.

I hope to bring that combination of creative leadership, operational thinking and team development to an organization that values a strong company culture and embraces modern technology to make work more efficient and rewarding for the people doing it.
