The Groceryverse:
Centennial Drone Show Concept
A stadium-scale drone show designed to create a city-wide moment, earn press and celebrate 100 years with a story people film, share and remember.
The Challenge
The goal was to create a once-in-a-century brand moment that feels unmistakably big, but still reads clearly in real viewing conditions and on a phone. That meant balancing spectacle with instant brand comprehension, designing a story arc that builds emotion and momentum and framing the idea in a way leadership could confidently greenlight - site footprint, timing, vendor approach and budget logic included.
Snapshot
• Project: Big event concept + executive pitch (drone light show)
• Format: Storyboard + pitch deck + feasibility framing (site, timing, vendor, cost)
• Audience: Families and community; built for live impact + social capture
• Location: Jacksonville (EverBank Stadium / Touchdown Lot concept)
• My role: Creative lead-concept, story arc, visual direction, stakeholder alignment
What I Led
• Show concept and story arc-from opening hook to final brand alignment
• Executive narrative: what it is, why it matters, how it works and what it costs
• Alignment across stakeholders and partners to move from idea to viable plan
Impact
• Built a leadership-ready pitch that translates spectacle into business value
• Designed show moments optimized for social sharing and PR amplification
• Created a repeatable model for future big-event storytelling (not a one-off stunt)
